pk47 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk47" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting services operated at pk47.bid, including all sub-pages, features, game lobbies, sportsbook markets, account management functions, and promotional systems accessible through that domain.
• "You" or "the Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the pk47 platform, whether or not a completed registration exists.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the pk47 registration process, including identity verification as required.
• "Real Money Balance" means Pakistani Rupees (PKR) deposited by the Player and held in their pk47 Account wallet, net of any withdrawals and wagers placed.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credit, free spin credit, cashback credit, or loyalty reward credited to a Player's Account that is subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of qualifying wagers that must be placed using Bonus Balance funds before those funds, or winnings derived therefrom, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process conducted by pk47, which may require submission of Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identity documentation.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which access to online gambling services is legally restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

By accessing pk47, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pk47 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, any game-specific rules published on the Platform, and the terms of any promotional offers you choose to participate in.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pk47 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

To register and maintain an Account on pk47, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk47 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction on all gaming and betting activity. No exceptions are made.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method(s) you use to deposit funds into your pk47 Account. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration or KYC process.
• You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is illegal under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of pk47 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, agent, or close associate of pk47 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or platform suppliers.
• You must not already hold another registered pk47 Account. Only one Account per person is permitted.

pk47 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the registration process or subsequently, and to withhold or decline to process withdrawals until such verification is satisfactorily completed. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pk47 Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify pk47 immediately via the support channel if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

pk47 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously reported the Account as compromised.

pk47 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account in the following circumstances, without limitation:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise abusive activity;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated through payment providers;
• Account access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• At pk47's reasonable discretion for any other legitimate operational or regulatory reason.

Upon Account closure by pk47 for breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Bonus Balances are automatically forfeited upon Account closure under any circumstance.

pk47 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking, UBL online banking, and Meezan Bank online banking. All payment methods must be registered in the Account holder's own legal name.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically credit to the pk47 Account wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests from fully verified Accounts are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Accounts that have not completed the full KYC verification process may experience delays or restrictions on withdrawal processing.

pk47 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside pk47's control and responsibility.

Deposits made by any payment method that is subsequently subject to a chargeback, reversal, or dispute will result in the immediate suspension of the associated Account and may constitute a basis for legal action to recover funds.

pk47 offers various promotional bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible Account holders. Participation in any pk47 promotion is subject to the specific promotional terms stated at the point of opt-in, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general rules apply to all pk47 bonuses:

• All Bonus Balances are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry period are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Real Money Balance is used first for wagers. Bonus Balance is applied to wagers only after the Real Money Balance is exhausted, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Withdrawing remaining Real Money Balance before a Bonus wagering requirement is met will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived therefrom.
• pk47 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonus credits already claimed and in progress.
• Multiple Accounts may not be used to claim the same promotion more than once. Abuse of promotional offers is a material breach of these Terms.
• pk47 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or claw back bonus credits where abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms is reasonably suspected.

All casino games available on the pk47 Platform are powered by independently audited software providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are certified by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set at the provider level and cannot be altered by pk47 or the Player.

Bets placed and accepted by the pk47 system are final. pk47 reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

• Technological errors, software malfunctions, or data feed failures that materially affect the display or outcome of a game or betting market;
• Manifestly incorrect odds or game configurations resulting from human or technical error;
• Evidence of exploitation of software vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches;
• Bets placed in contravention of these Terms & Conditions or applicable game rules.

In the event that a game malfunctions or an incomplete round cannot be resolved, pk47 will endeavour to restore any affected wager amounts to the Player's Real Money Balance. Where full restoration is not technically possible, pk47 will take reasonable steps to assess and compensate the affected Player on a case-by-case basis.

Sports betting odds on cricket, PSL, UFC, and other markets are set by pk47's trading team and are subject to change before a bet is placed. In-play bet acceptance is subject to platform latency and may be declined in fast-moving markets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk47 Platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and may result in legal proceedings:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any alias, in order to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent Account restrictions;
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or exploit promotional structures;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or sports markets;
• Money laundering, structuring, or any use of the pk47 Platform to process funds of unlawful origin;
• Providing false identity or payment information during registration or the KYC process;
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account access controls;
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or RNG vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour directed at pk47 support staff or other platform users.

All content on the pk47 Platform — including but not limited to the pk47 brand name and logo, website design, interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, text, and data — is the property of pk47 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk47 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or exploit any pk47 content for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from pk47.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data provided by Players during registration, KYC, transactions, and use of the pk47 Platform is governed by the pk47 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering on pk47, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with third-party payment processors (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank), game software providers, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or licence obligation.

pk47 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions, and player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from operational finances. Full details of data handling practices are set out in the Privacy Policy.

pk47 is committed to promoting a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Gambling on pk47 is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be used as a means of generating income, addressing financial difficulty, or as a coping mechanism for personal problems.

pk47 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible at any time through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications that alert players after a specified period of continuous gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary Account deactivation periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which the Account cannot be used for deposits or gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or time-limited Account closure that takes effect immediately upon request. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before expiry.

pk47 reserves the right to apply responsible gaming controls to any Account where player behaviour indicates potential gambling-related harm, including imposing deposit limits or initiating a mandatory cooling-off period, without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk47's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the Player's Account, or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their pk47 Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk47 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or any other intangible losses, even if pk47 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pk47 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency downtime may occur and will be communicated to players where reasonably practicable. pk47 will not be liable for losses sustained due to Platform unavailability during such periods.

pk47 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the pk47 Platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the pk47 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request Account closure through the pk47 support channel.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk47's gaming licence is issued. The issuing regulatory authority's dispute resolution procedures shall apply to any complaint or dispute arising between a Player and pk47 that cannot be resolved through pk47's internal complaints process.

If you have a complaint regarding pk47's services, please contact the support team in the first instance. pk47's internal complaints process targets a first response within 24 hours and a full resolution within 14 calendar days of complaint submission. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority as identified in your licence documentation.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence.
